Victor Dagba

Deputy Director

Victor is a Deputy Director of the Foundation in Benin, he is Secondary school teacher and Head of the Examinations and Competitions Directorate of Secondary, Technical and Vocational Education in Benin. He is passionate about social challenges and the improvement of the living conditions of individuals in vulnerable situations. He is a dedicated of sharing his knowledge and contributing to the education and advancement of the community. He holds the Certificate of Aptitude for Teaching in Secondary Education (CAPES) in Life and Earth Sciences (BAC+5 in 2008 and then a Master II in Agricultural Entomology BAC+5 year 2013 in University of Benin.

As Head of the Examinations and Competitions Department since May 2017. He has gained experience in the management and organization skills, for teams’ coordination. His career as a censor, a teacher in a classroom situation, and a member of a non-governmental organization has also allowed him to develop skills in educational project management, in awareness of social challenges, in communication and in teamwork. His commitments remain focused on his participation in initiatives to support and defend people living in poverty, his involvement in community projects for education, sustainable development and the well-being of all. His aspirations are aligned with the objectives of the Carline Agnès Foundation.

Poverty

While this represents a decrease from 38.5% in 2019, according to the National Institute for Statistics and Demography, a significant portion of the population still lives below the national poverty line, estimates indicate 4.615 million people.

Christmas and schooling are being overseen by Caroline Agnes, so we will be focusing on those activities at this time.

Assist in providing scholarships to approximately 70 children in Benin

There are approximately 300 children who need back-to-school supplies in Benin

Around 400 children are expected to attend CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS DAY in Benin.

 

Actions in the future

10 schools in Lokossa/ Benin and Grand-Popo/ Benin County will have access to running water

Remodeling a business office and orphanage.
